Only a professional or experienced car owner will understand that the car is suffering from Internal Overheating
Ambient Temperature is 81F ✅
Coolant is 230F that is 110 degrees C
Transmission Fluid is 194 F that is 90 Degrees C
Engine Oil is 228F that is 109 Degrees C
Normal running temperature for cars doesn’t exceed 230 degrees
Anything above that is overheating
In this case, I will check the fan, radiator cover, coolant reservoir, coolant texture, and most importantly, engine oil viscosity and texture
Oil is the main cause of internal overheating and internal overheating is an enemy of the transmission fluid
It is always very important to know the operating optimum temperature of your car
The easiest way to detect internal overheating is unusual hotness and heat under the hood
Once you open the engine and it’s so hot than normal, it’s time to check your oil if it’s gauged, the texture and others I mentioned
Internal overheating will damage your top gasket without indicating on the dashboard
Ask questions and confirm how many people have changed gasket with experiencing normal overheating
I hope this helps you fix that problem this hot period
Happy Sunday and stay safe ❤️🚘🙏
